We have been extremely busy with new client implementations, training and Health Check sessions throughout the summer and have embarked on a fresh recruitment campaign to ensure we have the resource to manage our current growth and future product expansion plans.
The office is buzzing, but the roads are quiet (for at least two more weeks).

New Website

Facilities Management CAFM Software 
On 1st of August, our marketing team (The Talented Mr Whalley) completed and launched a brand new website. This innovative site is feature rich, delivering excellent content on the systems and services offered by Tabs FM. With anticipated product expansion expected over the next few months, the new platform provides a powerful and professional insight into our extensive CAFM modules and ancillary solutions.

So what’s new?

Crisp and contemporary in design, the site promotes user interaction to enhance visual interest and involvement. Edited and refined to appeal to a changing professional market place, key topics and solutions are featured along with an improved optimisation strategy, helping to reach a wider audience.

With social media playing a more important role in business communication, we continue to feature links through varied social media streams (Blogs, Twitter, Facebook) and marketing accounts (Newsletters, RSS) to ensure our clients are kept informed of the latest developments from Tabs FM.

Tabs Mobile User Guide

Professional training on a CAFM product is essential to the success of any implementation. Whilst we schedule targeted training as part of a new client project, there will be times when further information is required.

To this end, we have developed a new online training guide for our Tabs Mobile System. This is free for all clients and is available now. The guide covers everything you need to know about the product and functionality.

New Developments

New development over the past couple of months has been mostly bespoke work, specified by existing clients. While we have added new features such as the ability to attach documents to job responses via the intranet or enable/disable certain even types for selection in the event dropdown on a room-by-room basis, the emphasis has been on client development specifications.

We are frequently asked to replicate forms within Tabs Systems which exist within legacy systems or to match internal processes. We have internal procedures to help us to design and deliver bespoke development to meet and exceed client requirements. An excellent example of our replication abilities is the RIDDOR report with our accident reporting system. The RIDDOR report has been replicated and pre-populates using data imputed into the system, offering an efficient solution.

New Starter

Leah Pittom joins the Tabs Help Desk…

Leah joined us during the summer to help support our software and internal operations. She has quickly settled to the role and enjoys the fast paced and varied life as part of the Tabs Team. Apart from in-house training, Leah is also undertaking a Business Administration course.

To add a list of standard responses for a job description, simply review the job description and select the ‘Auto Responses’ tab. Here you can add multiple responses to appear every time a new response is added.
