Facilities Management - Asset Barcode Labels . . .

To compliment our software solution, we extend our service by providing clients with a variety of custom barcode labels that help to uniquely identify assets or locations. All barcode labels can be scanned using the Tabs Mobile System when responding to Reactive/Planned Maintenance tasks, completing Asset Tracking or Pat/Fixed Testing, and detecting locations as part of security audits. All information captured by from the barcode is transferred back into the main application.

Supplying barcodes is not restricted to those using the Tabs software. We provide barcodes for variety of other clients to aid their business processes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements or to request a sample.

All our labels are custom designed to professionally represent your organisation, including logos, desired text, colour schemes, sequential numbering, prefix’s and barcode data range. We also offer a variety of different label materials, to ensure that the labels are suitable for their environment.

Hi Tack Polyester Asset Labels

The best solution for a secure asset label comprising a Hi Performance material, powerful adhesive and a mark resistant polyester over-laminate. These labels have a temperature range of –40’C to +150’C.

Destructible Labels

Produced from Ultra destruct Vinyl these labels have a Hi Bond strength stopping the label from being removed without fracture. The fragmentation discourages theft and prevents relocation.

Tamper Evident ‘Void’ Labels

These provide a secure polyester asset label with the benefit of the label leaving a ‘VOID’ message on the product and preventing transfer of the labels to equipment for warranty or calibration avoidance.

Durable Vinyl Labels

An economic solution to applications where identification is required, Using a high quality durable Vinyl with a strong permanent adhesive. This Material has a temperature range of –30’C to 80’C. These labels are suitable for internal / external environments.

Mark and Seal Labels

'Mark & Seal' labels allow you to add variable information at the time of application, these labels are ideal for short batch runs, prototypes, test and calibration

Warning Labels

All labels can be manufactured from a wide range of materials to suit the application, from 3m Hi performance Polyesters to Paper Box labels all can be laminated to provide chemical and abrasion resistance.
