We have made sure the time consuming task of creating and re-creating maintenance schedules is kept to an absolute minimum. Tabs helps you to create the maintenance schedules for all your Assetsor custom maintenance schedules, via simple screens and also through our marketing leading Data Import Utility tool, both of which are designed to make your life easier and increase your productivity.

To facilitate equipment (asset) performance improvement, Tabs System links Assets to PPM schedules. PPM Schedules are created on a recurring basis depending on the requirements of the asset. For example, you may decide to create daily, monthly, half yearly or annual service checks on a particular asset. Tabs Systems enables you to create any type of service check for an asset. Multiple service checks can be 'layered up', so when multiple schedules fall on the same day, only one task is created for the most superior item.

PPM schedules enable complete control over assets, ensuring that they are serviced and checked regularly to prevent mechanical breakdown as well as optimising life expectancy. This approach should provide the tools to help reduce annual repair costs.

PPM schedules are not restricted to Assets. In fact, PPM schedules can be created for any pre-planned task, whether maintenance related or not. Window cleaning, grass cutting, floor cleaning, inspections, are just a few examples where clients have created PPM tasks for other non-asset related duties.

Tabs implementation service is unique in its ability to create PPM schedules. As part of the implementation, we provide a series of Data Import Templates to pre-populate the system with information. One of these templates focuses on Asset and PPMs. From a simple Excel template, you can import all your locations, asset information and associated PPM schedules, ensuring that from day one, you're system is live with accurate data. Other legacy data can also be imported using these pre-defined Excel templates.

Asset Maintenance history is automatically updated ensuring that you will always have an accurate record of your asset performance, and importantly, to be able to identify when Assets are failing.
