Courier bookings may be requested via the Intranet by the 'masses'. These requests can be processed by facilities by either accepting or rejecting requests. When declined an email is sent to the requester along with an explanation of the problem, if accepted an automatic email can be sent to the requester and supplier confirming the specific requirements and booking ID.
Again, Supplier details are sourced from the Suppliers module inside of Tabs. Requestor details are stored in the Staff Names registry inside of Tabs, so if they have requested a Room, or Transport, or a Help Desk job, or Catering etc, Tabs remembers their details so that little has to be entered again. Duplication of information is a thing of the past with Tabs..
