The Tabs Transport booking system allows for the booking of Pool Cars, mini buses and coaches for the transportation of large numbers. Users can request bookings via the Intranet, facilities then process these requests as appropriate. Automatic email confirmations are provided to the requestors. Automatic emails can be sent to the suppliers of mini buses and coaches. Unsurprisingly, the supplier information is sourced from the suppliers module of Tabs. Another simple example of total integration of information. Put a supplier email address in once, it is then available across many modules for use.
