The Tabs Timesheet Management system is an integral part of the TabsCAFM product suite, providing payroll departments with a vital and time saving solution to calculate employee wages. Timesheets records can be created for individual workers on a weekly basis, either from manual entry or processed via Mobile mobile application.
Integrating tightly with Reactive Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) modules, timesheet entries can be linked to maintenance jobs, with all labour time and costs details being automatically transferred across.
The Timesheet Management software is used by system administrators, payroll and field engineers. Administrators utilise the product as tools to manage engineer response time for reactive or planned maintenance jobs. Payroll may utilise the timesheet solution to calculate wages based on weekly labour submissions. See below 'TabsMobile mobile' for field engineers solutions.
The module interface available on Mobile enables field engineers to record, review and submit timesheet entries via mobile devices. Entries maybe manually entered for independent tasks, or automatically created upon submission of Reactive Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) job responses. Either way, users of Mobile are provided with a simple and intuitive interface to review and submit weekly timesheet entries for administration and wage calculation.
