With security and safety concerns at the heart of many operations, the Visitor Booking module provides a perfect solution to help control visitors. Integrating with photo capture devices/webcams, enables reception or security staff print photo ID’s when registering visitor arrival via this simple and intuitive Visitor Booking software.
Fire hazards or other safety concerns? No problem. Easily print a list of all onsite visitors from the software in seconds, offering real-time and accurate safety information.
For simplicity, the Visitor Booking software integrates seamlessly with the TabsCAFM Meeting Room Booking software. When visitors are added as part of a Meeting Room Booking, they will automatically appear in the visitor list for reception and security staff.
The Visitor Booking software is generally used by the in house Facilities or Estates Management teams. To enhance the security of your premises, employees can notify reception staff of any intended visitors expected on site, using a simple Web interface.
Reception or security staff are provided with options to instantly print visitor badges, pre-configured with the ability to import photo identification and display site instructions for an added level of security.
Bespoke development options are available for clients who wish to customise badges with corporate branding or health & safety instructions.
Tight integration with the Meeting Room Booking module further enhances and streamlines the service. All visitors, whether added to a Meeting Room Booking or created direct through the Visitor Booking system, will appear in a single interface to security control visitor arrival and departure.
Visitors processed via the Meeting Room Booking system will automatically appear in the Visitor Management system for processing.
